Most male anurans vocalize,usually in chorus,to attract mates or defend resources.Typically,the chorus occurred in one or more periods in a twenty-four-hour cycle and varies among species.However,for most anurans the circadian rhythm of calling behavior and the factors that affect the behavior are not clear.
