　　OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of Dendrobi um nobile Lindl.alkaloids (DNLA), extracted from Dendrobium nobile Lindl., on aggregated Aβ25-35-mediated rat learning and memory impairment, and explore the corresponding mecha nisms.METHODS Forty Sprague Dawley rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: sham, Aβ, DNLA20 and DNLA40 groups.Aggregated A β25-35 (10 μg/4 μl) was injected into CA1 region of hippocampus in model control and DNLA groups.
