目的 正交实验法优选亮菌多糖的水提取工艺.方法 采用单因素设计与正交试验设计的回流提取方法，用苯酚硫酸法测定提取物的多糖含量，以亮菌多糖得率为评价指标，考察料水比(A)、提取次数(B)、提取时间(C)、提取温度(D)4个因素对亮菌多糖提取的影响，采用L9(34)正交设计表设计试验，统计分析结果，以获得最佳提取工艺.结果 影响提取的主要因素是提取温度，其次是料水比，再次是提取次数，最后是提取时间.结
