湿热条件下不同用量γ-氨基丁酸在育肥猪上的应用效果研究

试验旨在研究湿热条件下添加不同剂量γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)对杜长大育肥猪生长性能和肉品质的影响,以期考察GABA的应用效果,并提出GABA的适宜用量.选用58kg左右杜长大杂交猪60头,随机分到6个处理组,每个组10个重复,每个重复1头猪.采用单因子试验设计,设6个组(对照组、处理1、处理2、处理3、处理4、处理5),其基础日粮相同,分别添加0、10、20、30、40、50mg/kg GABA.试验期为82d.结果表明:生产性能:育肥前期,日粮添加GABA无改善作用;育肥后期,日采食量和日增重,处理1组与对照组无显著差异(P>0.05)、处理2、3、5显著高于对照组(P<0.05),处理4极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),各组料重比无显著差异(P>0.05).处理1~5组日采食量分别比对照组高14.0%、21.8%、17.5%、39.3%和18.3%,处理1~5日增重分别比对照组高15.8、29.7、25.0、50.1和23.6%.育肥全期,添加GABA组日采食量、日增重均高于对照组但未达到显著差异,各组料重比较接近,处理3最低.HSP70含量:育肥猪日粮中添加GABA组HSP70均低于对照组(P>0.05).胴体品质:GABA对育肥猪的眼肌面积、屠宰率、瘦肉率和骨率均无显著影响(P>0.05).肉质:添加50mg/kg GABA显著降低了肉的亮度,而适量添加(10~40mg/kg GABA)可改善肉色和滴水损失,具有改善肉质的趋势.以上结果表明,育肥猪日粮中添加适量GABA可提高湿热条件下育肥猪的采食量和日增重,改善生长性能和肉品质,可用于缓解夏季热应激;湿热条件下育肥猪日粮中GABA适宜用量为30mg/kg.
