本文研究了TC21钛合金Φ350mm棒材的等轴、网篮和魏氏三种显微组织与性能的关系。结果表明:三种显微组织对应的室温拉伸强度为1,090~10,950MPa,延伸率为7.5~10.5%,三种组织的强度差异不大,等轴组织塑性最高;魏氏组织塑性最低;网篮组织室温塑性均介于两种组织之间。三种显微组织400℃的高温强度为820~824MPa,相差不大,塑性为9.5~13%,按等轴、网篮、魏氏组织依次递减;魏氏组织和网篮组织断裂韧性值较高,为KIC≥70MPam1/2,等轴组织断裂韧性值较低,为KIC≥50MPam1/2。该合金的高强、高韧性适用于制造飞机关键承力构件,有着良好的发展前景。
In this paper, the relationship between the three microstructures and properties of the Φ350mm bar of TC21 titanium alloy is studied. The results showed that the tensile strength at room temperature of the three kinds of microstructure was 1,090-10,950MPa and the elongation was 7.5-10.5%. The strength of the three kinds of microstructure was not different and the highest plasticity was the highest. The room temperature plasticity of the basket is between the two tissues. The microstructure of the three microstructures at high temperature of 400 ℃ is 820 ~ 824MPa, the difference is small, the plasticity is 9.5 ~ 13%, according to the equiaxed, basket, Wei’s organization decreased in turn; High, KIC ≥ 70MPam1 / 2, the lower the fracture toughness of the equiaxed tissue, KIC ≥ 50MPam1 / 2. The alloy’s high strength, high toughness suitable for the manufacture of aircraft key bearing member, has a good development prospects.
