本课题使用PEGMA 和Laponite RD 合成第一网络纳米复合水凝胶,MAA 作为第二交联网络单体。通过两步溶液聚合产生的双网络复合水凝胶具有高拉伸度,韧性也有所提高,而且Laponite RD、MAA 的用量对复合水凝胶的力学性能的影响很大,我们希望能够得到水凝胶性能最佳的比例组合。

OCAPS/聚丙烯酸/聚N-异丙基丙烯酰胺水凝胶的制备与表征
以阳离子型八氯化铵丙基聚倍半硅氧烷(OCAPS)与丙烯酸钠复合,形成离子复合物,加入适当交联剂MBA,引发剂过硫酸钾(KPS)和催化剂TEMED 与N 异丙基丙烯酰胺(NIPAM)通过原位聚合,制备出OCAPS/PAA/PNIPAM 纳米复合水凝胶材料。
