报道了CeO2-W-Mn/S iO2催化剂常压和加压条件下的甲烷氧化偶联反应性能,详细考察了反应条件对CeO2-W-Mn/S iO2催化剂反应性能的影响.结果表明,CeO2-W-Mn/S iO2催化剂具有优异的催化活性,常压下可得到29.7%的甲烷转化率和81.3%的C2烃选择性,低温活性高,于710℃可得到甲烷转化率11.4%和C2烃选择性86.7%的结果;该催化剂适宜于加压条件下的甲烷氧化偶联反应,0.6 MPa下可获得37.2%的甲烷转化率和73.8%的C2烃选择性.催化剂表征结果显示CeO2的加入增强了W-Mn/S iO2催化剂的储氧能力.
The effects of reaction conditions on the catalytic performance of CeO2-W-Mn / Si02 catalysts were investigated in detail. The results showed that CeO2-W-Mn / -W-Mn / S iO2 catalyst has excellent catalytic activity, methane conversion of 29.7% and selectivity to C2 hydrocarbons of 81.3% are obtained under normal pressure, with high activity at low temperature and methane conversion of 11.4% and C2 Hydrocarbon selectivity of 86.7%; the catalyst is suitable for methane oxidation coupling reaction under pressure conditions, methane conversion of 37.2% and C2 selectivity of 73.8% can be obtained at 0.6 MPa.The catalyst characterization results show that the addition of CeO2 Enhance the oxygen storage capacity of W-Mn / S iO2 catalyst.
