放射性直肠炎是直肠癌及盆腔肿瘤放疗后常见的副反应,目前没有特效药物或治疗方法,总体疗效欠佳.李仝教授在应用中医理论辨证治疗放射性直肠炎上积累了大量经验,此文总结了李师巧用治泻九法,即淡渗、升提、清凉、疏利、甘缓、酸收、燥脾、温肾、固涩,同时注重调节脾胃升清降浊的功能,善用活血化瘀药,以用药轻灵为特点治疗放射性直肠炎取得一定疗效,且提供具体案例供大家学习和借鉴.
