A sensitive high-performance capillary electrophoresis (CE) with head-column fieldamplified sample stacking (FASS) in binary system has been developed for the determination of donepezil, a centrally acting acetylcholine esterase inhibitor, in human plasma.Donepezil was extracted from plasma with isopropanol-hexane (3∶97 v/v).
