目的：探讨鼻腔重度粘连的治疗方法.方法：用等离子刀在鼻内镜局麻下行鼻腔粘连分离术,术后用不同材料(膨胀海绵片、医用薄膜)填塞换药,4-5天1次,直至创面完全上皮化为止.结果：两例患者经上述治疗方法,3月后复诊完全治愈.结论：等离子刀在内镜监视下对鼻腔粘连分离操作简单方便,上述材料填塞便于扩大鼻腔,使创面不断上皮化,促进黏膜的早期恢复.
