　　Objective To investigate the effect and the mecha-nism of kidney-reinforcing Chinese herb Mengyao-zhuanggu capsules (MYZG) on osteoporosis of ovariectomized rats of bone pharmacology metabo-lism and the bone mineral density.Methods Female SD rats (n=84,4months old)were randomly assigned to 7 groups of 12,the blank group were shamming operated; the other groups were performed surgery of removal both ovary.
