本论文着重研究了染料酸性橙5的插层量对复合材料热性能的影响。用XRD,FT-IR, UV-VIS,TG-DTA和元素分析等手段对样品进行表征,对系列产品的热分解行为分析表明,通过调变层间酸性橙5与分散剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠的比值,可以制备出热致变色性能优良的复合材料,当层间酸性橙5摩尔含量为10%时,表现出最好的热致变色性能。TG-DTA曲线表明复合材料比未插层的酸性橙5有更高的热分解温度,热稳定性提
