目的 Thebiologicalandmolecularmechanismsofmetastasisoflungcancerarenotfullyunderstood.Toestablishsecondarytumors,cancercellshavetoinvadesurroundingtissuesandbloodvesselsandmigrateawayfromtheprimarysite.Duringthisprocess,cellhavetomigratedirectionallytomigrateawayfromtheprimarysite.Variousenvironmentalcuesincludingextracellularmatrix,cytokinesandgrowthfactorsfromautocrineandparacrinesourceshavebeendemonstratedtocreatechemotacticsignalstostimulatemigrationofmammarycancercells.Ithasalsobeenreportedthatendogenouselectricfields(EFs)mayexistbetweentumorandnormaltissue,whilelittledirectevidencewasshown.Besides,EFshavebeenshowntodirectmigrationofhighly-metastaticlungcancercellsandshowedlittleeffectonweak-metastaticlungcancercellsbutthemechanismisunknown.WethusaimtostudywhetherendogenousEFsexistatsitesoflungcancerofthemechanismofEF-guideddirectionalmigrationoflungcancercells.
