The commercial Alloy 690TT was first immersed in the normal hydrogenated primary water at 325 ℃ and 15.6 MPa for 720h and then immersed in the oxygenated primary water at 325℃ and 15.6 MPa for 720h without surface oxides descaling. The microstructure and chemical composition of the surface oxide scales formed on Alloy 690TT under the above two conditions were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy,X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscopy. The influence of later dissolved oxygen on the microstructure change of the oxide film formed on Alloy 690TT in hydrogenated primary water was discussed.
