Aims The diagnosis of primary hepatic carcinoma (PHC) with low level of serum alpha-fetoprotein (AFP) is a big challenge.The present study was aimed to establish mathematical models with conventional blood test results and evaluate their diagnostic value for PHC with serum AFP less than 200μg/L.
