本文介绍了一种新型的葡萄糖检测方法.采用聚乙二醇/葡聚糖双水相系统对单壁碳纳米管(SWCNTs)进行分离,通过调整表面活性剂、盐及酸的用量,使不同手性SWCNTs 在双水相两相中产生不同的分配,最终分离得到纯度较高的(6,5)SWCNTs.之后采用苯硼酸对SWNCTs 进行非共价修饰,将此复合物与葡萄糖进行特异性结合.
本文通过苯并吲哚季铵盐与咔唑醛缩合制备了一种红色荧光的新型荧光探针。该荧光探针可以与HSO3-发生专一性地亲核加成反应来破坏分子内的共轭双键，导致探针溶液的颜色由红色变为无色，荧光由红色变为蓝色。该荧光探针具有水溶性好、与HSO3-定量反应、响应时间短、专一性强、检测限低(10 nM)等优点。
