　　In this paper,a two-dimensional fractional Fitzhugh-Nagumo monodomain model in a rectangular domain or a circular domain is considered.A spatially second-order accurate implicit alternating direction method for this model is proposed.Stability and convergence of the alternating direct method are proved.Finally,some numerical examples are given to support our theoretical analysis.These techniques can be applied to any irregular domain.
