现实中一提起图书编辑,有的不知道“编辑”是干什么的,有的知道一些,但也很片面。包括业内人士在内,对编辑工作的认知还远远跟不上时代发展的要求。有的出版单位的编辑,也没充分认识到编辑工作也是一种创造性的劳动,往往满足于平平庸庸地完成日常工作了事,不少人甚至认为“编辑”仅仅是个简单改稿的“文字匠”等等。正是因为有上述诸多认识上的误区,所以对“编辑”这个职业要有新的认知,要强化对编辑的培育,
