低温等离子体技术为工业三废之一的废水的处理提供了一条新的途径,提高有机污染物的降解效率对于等离子体废水处理技术的发展具有十分重要的意义.本文介绍了一种新型的介质阻挡放电(Dielectric Barrier Discharge,DBD)水处理装置,在气-液交界面形成稳定的等离子体,通过气相和液相产生的活性成分(OH、O3、H2O2等),氧化降解水中的有机污染物.
