中医运气学是我国古代研究气候变化及其与人体健康和疾病关系的学说，而时间医学属于现代医学概念。本文从运气学说与疾病发病时间规律的关系出发，进一步深入探讨中医运气学机理，解释运气学与时间医学之间的特异性关系，以助于时间医学的丰富与发展。
