用挤压浸渍法制备了ＳｉＣｐ／ＺＡ２７及Ａｌ〈，２〉Ｏ〈，３Ｐ〉／ＺＡ２７复合材料，讨论了颗粒含量及种类对复合材料边界润滑条件下磨损性能的影响；对复合材料的摩擦磨损行为进行了研究。结果表明，随着颗粒含量的增加，复合材料的耐磨性地增强，摩擦系数增大。复合材料的磨损以粘着磨损和磨粒磨损为主。
