Yolk liquid-promoted formation of larger lipidosome in egg white medium

  In order to study protection on cell of egg yolk in extracellular matrix, this work using egg white as medium with addition of yolk liquid.The results suggest that the degradation of egg white and yolk liquid both can limit the further growth of lipidosome.But, the most important is that the addition of yolk liquid can remarkably promote the growth of lipidosomes, and the further formation of lipidosomes fusion.These adjacent lipidosomes tend to grow into longitudinal funicular structure.Our results also suggest that egg white mixed with yolk liquid is the important platform in research of the interaction between egg yolk and extracellular matrix.These experiment phenomena also indicates that necrotic tissue and corresponding cytochylema leakage could probably provide protection for cell damage and stimulate the acceleration of lipidosomes growth and increase the volume of lipidosomes in necrotic tissue progress or operation, which are worth to note for the researchers to disclose the underlying mechanism of egg yolk protection.
