1 Introduction Blood consists of a liquid called plasma(55 %)and blood cells(45 %).Among all the bloodcells 99 %of them are red blood cells(RBCs)[1].Therefore,the motion of blood through thecardiovascular network is greatly influenced bythe properties of the red blood cells(RBCs),Due to the complex three-dimensional(3D)viscoelastic structure of the RBCs membrane,RBCs need to pass through the capillarieswhich are narrower than the diameter of theRBCs at rest.
