In order to predict the automotive fuel cell lifetime and make it longer for the further application,lots of experiments of the lifetime evaluating are done considered the real urban road test of fuel cell bus.It is tested the performance degradation rates resulted in by load change cycles,start-stop cycles,idle condition and high power load condition separately in laboratory of two different stacks.It is found that it is reasonable to give the definition of the end of automotive fuel cell lifetime.The experiment result shows that the voltage decay rate of different operations with the same stack is different and the voltage decay rate of same operation with the different stacks is different.And then the operation conditions were meliorated by the further experiments.
