目的 探讨舒适护理干预模式在老年腰椎压缩性骨折术后疼痛的影响.方法 研究对象选取自本院2013年4月至2016年4月期间收治的老年腰椎压缩性骨折行经皮椎体成形术患者640例，按照数字分组法分为干预组与对照组(各320例)，对照组患者给予常规护理，干预组在对照组常规护理的基础上实施舒适护理，比较两组患者临床效果.结果 两组患者轻度、重度疼痛比较无明显差异(P＞0.05)，而干预组无痛人数60(18.
