The theory of structure and solution of CWCM is discussed, including: calculating the maximum dissolved concentration in water according to the dissolution mechanism of sea spill; using Monte Carlo method to solve the full dynamic equation of spilled particles: through the grid access conditions and the boundary conditions, Mechanism-driven dynamic dissolution of strong sources, dynamic exchange and three-dimensional water dissolution concentration self-regulation. The paper introduces the application of CWCM in predicting the impact of benzene spillage in Bayuquan areas.
