Live plague vaccine (LPV) Y.pestis EV NIIEG was widely used for human plague prophylaxis for more than 70 years.Nevertheless, the antibody response to this vaccine was studied mostly to capsular antigen F1 and LPS.Moreover, the inoculum of LPV is produced in the form of lyophilized bacteria, which typically contains less than 50％ of live organisms.
