由稻瘟病菌(Magnaporthe oryzae)引起的稻瘟病是一种世界性的稻作病害,在世界各个水稻生产国或地区每年都有不同程度的发生,给粮食安全带来隐患.实践证明,在众多的防治措施中抗病品种的培育和种植是控制该病害最为经济、安全和有效的方法,而抗病基因的发掘与利用则是抗病育种的基础和核心.从20世纪90年代初开起,各类分子标记技术的应用加速了稻瘟病抗病基因的发掘和利用这一领域的发展.
