Climate change is a core issue at presentdue to ever fast anthropogenic activities over the globe.Extreme weather events are now increasing in frequency and intensity.Qualitative and quantitative prediction of extreme weather events is now becoming more and more difficult.This epoch increases the sufferings of developing countries;the same is experienced by Pakistan especially in the last decade.
