The paper establishes the model of promoting energy saving applying the energy price formation mechanism which is fit for china conditions using econometric models and optimal control model.The conclusions of the research show that the energy demand function adopted can reflect the energy price formation mechanism expected in china, and that the model applying the energy price formation mechanism in the process of promoting energy saving can complete the energy saving target, and that the model can be Operated strongly.Finally, the paper propose that china should put the reform of energy price formation mechanism into practice as soon as possible to promote energy saving, and the paper make looking of the aspects of the research need improving.
