Objective The aim of this study was to evaluate the MR imaging findings of brain injury with neonatal hypoglycemia.Methods We retrospectively reviewed the clinical and imaging database of 31 consecutive patients who were admitted to our hospital from June 2006 to May 2012,All the patients were diagnosed with neonatal hypoglycemia and their brain MR imagings showed brain Injury.and without evident of hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy.Hypoglycemia was defined as the condition in which the whole blood glucose concentration was blow 2.6 mmol/L.
