为了确定元蘑中总黄酮提取的最佳工艺条件,利用超声波辅助提取元蘑中总黄酮。利用Box-Behnken试验设计和响应面分析法,研究了乙醇体积分数、超声提取功率、料液比对总黄酮提取率的影响。结果表明,超声提取元蘑总黄酮的最佳工艺条件为:乙醇体积分数85%、超声提取功率350 W、料液比1︰35(g/mL);总黄酮提取率为0.20%。
In order to determine the best extraction conditions of total flavonoids in Yuan mushroom, ultrasonic extraction was used to extract the total flavonoids in Yuan mushroom. Using Box-Behnken experimental design and response surface analysis, the effects of ethanol volume fraction, ultrasonic extraction power and solid-to-liquid ratio on the extraction of total flavonoids were studied. The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions of total flavonoids of Yuan mushroom by ultrasonic were as follows: ethanol volume fraction 85%, ultrasonic extraction power 350 W, solid-liquid ratio 1︰35 (g / mL) and total flavonoid extraction rate 0.20%.
