对既有历史风貌教学建筑进行综合改造再利用,不仅是对本身结构安全性方面的解危,也能达到功能提升、文化传承、延续历史、节约资源、和谐共生和持续发展的目的。以天津大学第8教学楼的综合改造的工程实践为例,发扬既有教学建筑综合改造的历史文化传承与创新理念,并为类似教学建筑的综合改造提供示范和推进思路。
The comprehensive reconstruction and re-use of the historic buildings with the historical features not only endanger their own structural safety but also achieve the objective of enhancing functions, inheriting culture, extending history, conserving resources, coexisting in harmony and sustainable development. Take the comprehensive reconstruction project of the 8th teaching building of Tianjin University as an example, carry forward the historical and cultural heritage and innovation concept of the comprehensive reconstruction of existing teaching buildings and provide demonstration and promotion ideas for the comprehensive reconstruction of similar teaching buildings.
