Case-cohort design is a cost-effective sampling design approach for censored survival outcomes.It may be viewed as a special case of the more general two-phase sampling designs under certain conditions.In this talk,I will discuss the similarities and differences between these two approaches,particularly focus on corresponding missing data estimating issues.I will use the accelerated failure time model as an illustrative example.
