Background Antiplatelet drugs is the first-line drugs in the field of cardiovascular disease treatment,and "antiplatelet therapy resistance" refers one or more of antiplatelet drug treatment failed to achieve the desired antiplatelet biological effect and failed to prevent thrombotic events.Our meta-analysis aims to comprehensively collect randomized controlled trials to analysis the gene polymorphisms and platelet resistance correlation in Chinese population.
