　　The water culture sports tourism on the bicycle is a new tourism concept.This article integrates the concept of the water culture sports tourism and bicycle tourismand defines its concept.Relying on the heritage of historical and cultural,on the basis of SWOT analysis,it plans to develop bicycle tourism industry in the inside and outside of the Qinhuai River.
