高温金属部件经过长期运行后(一般超过5万小时),都会发生性能下降或失效。裂纹是典型的形式之一,更是危害性较大的时效性时。铸造的金属部件受工艺限制或多或少的都存在砂包类缺陷,在冷热应力或机械外力的作用下由其起源将萌生并发展成裂纹,严重时造成部件失去使用功能。本文通过裂纹原因的剖析到挖补工艺的制定再到过程管理后续检验进行了详细的阐述。
