　　Backgroud: Glioblastoma (GBM) is one of the most lethal brain tumors with a short survival time.Expression of a variant type Ⅲ mutant of the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFRvⅢ) renders tumor properties of the advanced stage,yet functional interactions of EGFRvⅢ-expressing GBM and the tumor microenvironment, and targeted therapy remain unclear.
