The mathematical modelling of patient profiles in the era of individualized medicine sketched and the previously introduced efficiency of targeted clinical trials,are here extended.This extension is done by considering on one hand patient profiles as a multidimensional heterogeneous vector with deterministic and random components; and on the other hand by proceeding to a further stratification of responder patients.
