  A theoretical model is developed to find the effects of electric field, couple stress and permeability of composite materials model as the mixture of solid-poorly conducting couple stress fluid regarded as densely packed porous media.We develop a theory involving Darcy linear resistance, Forchheimer quadratic drag, horizontal density gradient, the variation of electrical conductivity due to mixture of organic and inorganic substances in a heterogeneous Boussinesq poorly conducting polluted couple stress fluid flow (PCPCSFF) through a densely packed porous media.
