　　Objective: Recent advances in understanding of cancer biology reveal that oncogenic signaling pathway endow chemoresistance,which is major obstacle to successful treatment of advanced gastric cancer.Our study was designed to investigate the PI3K pathway mediated stathmin1 expression on paclitaxel susceptibility in gastric cancer cell lines.
