本文采用弹塑性有限元法计算了多种加载方式下正火45~钢试件缺口根部的座力应变响应.由此得出应力集中系数K应变集中系教K.并计算出大量的计算结果表明,当单调加载时,K_i随塑性应变ε_p的增加有显著变化.当循环加载时,利用倍增原理计算获得的K_i基本上保持常量.因此,应用Neuber公式近似计算构件的局部应力应变是足够精确的,不必进行任何修正.本文还分析了Nenber公式的精确度。
In this paper, the elasto-plastic finite element method was used to calculate the stress-strain responses of the root of notches in normalized 45 ~ steel specimens under various loading conditions.
