The oxygen reduction reaction (ORR) at the cathode of fuel cells plays a key role in controlling the performance of a fuel cell,and efficient ORR electrocatalysts are essential for practical applications of the fuel cells [1].The cost of widely used platinum catalysts is prohibitive in polymer electrolyte fuel cells (PEFCs),so the development of non-precious metal catalysts (NPMCs) with high ORR activity and stability has become a major focus of the PEFC research [2-3].
