北京地铁9号线东钓鱼台站位于首体南路与阜成路丁字路口,处于城市主干道,在进行基坑围护桩施工时需要解决如下问题:①地层下部含有大量的大粒径卵石和漂石;②地下管网密集,管线种类繁多;③周围建筑物数量和种类多;④对围护桩的垂直度要求较高等问题。本文通过总结全套筒冲击钻机的关键工序、在施工中遇到的问题及解决方法,为相似地层的围护结构桩施工提供了一种新方法。
Dong Diaoyutai Station of Beijing Metro Line 9 is located at the intersection of Shouti Road South and Fucheng Road and is on the main road of urban area. The following problems need to be solved during the construction of foundation pit retaining pile: ① The lower part of the stratum contains a large number of large-size pebbles and floats Stone; ② dense underground pipe network, a wide range of pipelines; ③ surrounding the number and type of buildings and more; ④ the vertical requirements of retaining piles and other issues. In this paper, by summarizing the key processes of full-cartridge impact drilling rig, the problems encountered in the construction and the solutions to them provide a new method for the construction of the envelope of similar strata.
