Accumulating evidence suggests that platelet-type 12-1ipoxygenase (pl2-LOX) and Ezrin play an important role in tumor development.However,how p12-LOX and Ezrin contribute to the skin carcinogenesis is still not well understood yet.This study is aimed to investigate the roles and mechanism of pl2-LOX and Ezrin in skin carcinogenesis,and to provide the effective target of chemoprevention for skin carcinogenesis.The mRNA expression of p12-LOX and Ezrin were significantly higher in B16 cell,followed by initiated JB6 P+ cell,then the normal JB6 P-cell,and its expression was further increased in JB6 P+ cells by tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-□.
