Objective: To investigate palliative care for patients with advanced lung cancer.Methods: Ninety-six patients with advanced lung cancer received palliative care.Nursing cares for psychology, pain, diet, spiritual support, and help were given to patients and their family members.Results: Eighty patients and their family members experienced relief of psychological pressure and suffering, as well as obtainedimproved quality of life.Conclusion: Palliative care can effectively improve the quality of life of patients with advanced lung cancer and their family members.
