  目的:通过全基因组重测序对抑郁症的相关基因进行挖掘,验证之前报道过的与抑郁症相关基因(5-HTTLPR,HTR1A,HTR2A,TPH1and BDNF)以及找到一些特异性基因。方法:采集临床诊断的抑郁症患者和正常同性别亲本对照地外周血,构建高通量文库,进行基因组重测序以及生物信息学分析。
