The UCSD interplanetary scintillation(IPS) remote-sensing analyses of the heliosphere have regularly measured and reconstructed 3D solar wind structure for nearly two decades.These analyses enable a real-time forecast of velocity,density,and radial and tangential interplanetary magnetic fields.
