研究了La→Lu对NdP_5O_(14)晶体的结晶性质、光学性质、铁弹性质的影响。采用费氏旋转台测定了晶体光性方位;使用多用双变折射仪测定了晶体光主轴折射率;还用热台显微镜和传感应力仪测定了晶体铁弹相变温度和铁弹畴重新排列所需的临界剪切应力。获得的结果表明,稀土化合物性质的变化规律,不仅与稀土离子本身的特性有关,而且与晶体的结构有关。
The effects of La → Lu on the crystallization, optical properties and ferroelastic properties of NdP_5O_ (14) crystal were investigated. The photonic azimuth of the crystal was measured by means of a Freunds rotating table. The refractive index of the optical axis of the crystal was measured by using a multi-purpose birefringent refractometer. The phase transition temperatures and iron domains of the crystal were measured by means of a hot stage microscope and a sensing stress meter. The required critical shear stress. The results obtained show that the variation of the properties of rare earth compounds, not only with the characteristics of rare earth ions itself, but also with the crystal structure.
