We report the simple fabricated microfluidic chip to detect the small toxic molecules. In this study, a related approach for the development and initial testing of a polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) microfluidic device for the miniaturization of a heterogeneous immune enzyme sensor was adopted. Thus, this microfluidic chip with great potentials could be used to investigate toxin analysis and rapid detection based on immunoassay.
